Our reservation system sales full tables so it's not possible to reduce or add diners to the reservation. If on the booking system you can only book for 8 people, it means we only have a table for 8 people available.

Every day we open reservations for the same day but in two months.

For example on the 12th of February we would open the 12th of April.

We remind you that the restaurant Hoja Santa has tasting menu and regular menu option as well.

In order to maintain the correct function of the restaurant the time and number of customers of a reservation cannot always be changed; in any case, the petitions for changing the time have to be communicated with at least 24h in advance.

We also remind you that Hoja Santa is a restaurant that is not recommended for kids under 12 years. If you don't receive a confirmation, the reservation has not been done correctly. 

IMPORTANT

Please know that PAKTA has a tasting menu and à la carte option, and that Nikkei cuisine is mainly featured by raw and marinated fishes. Please take that in consideration before completing the reservation process.

The Pakta team also advises to avoid going to the restaurant accompanied by children, as the duration of the menu and the type of service are, in many cases, unsuitable to them and therefore create uncomfortable situations to the rest of the guests.
